Delivery

We pride ourselves on our great delivery service. That is why we aim to prioritise our shipping times to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. For swift delivery of your order, if the order is placed before 12:00 noon we aim to despatch on the same day. However, this will depend on the availability of the product and whether the required quantity is in stock. Our delivery partners will aim to deliver to you within 4-7 business days from the day of despatch. This is not always guaranteed and may be subject to conditions out of their control, such as adverse weather conditions, industrial disputes, etc.

Please note that all orders are shipped with delivery partners who will require a signature upon delivery to your premises. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. If you are purchasing large quantities of PVC-related products, such as PVC rolls or PVC strip curtains, please have a forklift on hand to assist with unloading. These items can be quite heavy and will require a forklift to safely unload them from the delivery vehicle.

Specific products such as PVC Strip Curtains, Replacement PVC Strips, and Pre-Cut PVC Sheets are usually despatched within 5-7 business days of ordering. This is dependent on quantity, product type and the number of orders we are already working on. This is because these items need to be processed, cut or assembled which can take a little bit longer. We always aim for swift processing and shipping, and we aim to get your products to your door as soon as possible. Sometimes lead times can be longer than expected, especially during our busier periods. If your order is time sensitive and has a particular deadline for delivery, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to facilitate your requirements.

We also do not keep certain items in stock and manufacture the product once an order has been placed. This is for the more technical PVC ranges that have a limited life span, or for product ranges that lose their effectiveness over time. We do this to ensure that you have the full lifespan of the product, as advertised. These items may take a little longer to deliver to you as they need to be manufactured first. A few examples of these products include our antibacterial, anti-insect, anti-static, and our fire-retardant PVC ranges. A salesperson should be in contact with you to give you the expected delivery time if these times are longer than expected.

Orders placed around the Christmas period may be delayed until the new year as we are closed down during the Christmas period. These orders will be processed and despatched upon our return in the new year.
