Refunds and Returns

You have the option to cancel your contract with Clearway within seven working days of receiving the goods.

To initiate the cancellation process, you must notify Clearway Online in writing via post or email using the contact details provided in the “Contact Us” section of the website. If you decide to cancel within this seven-day period, you are responsible for returning the goods to Clearway at your own expense within 30 days. Clearway can arrange the collection of the goods, but payment by card or cheque is required prior to collection.

Custom-made items (such as PVC strips and curtains) may be subject to additional charges depending on the product. For this reason, we recommend speaking with a member of our team before cancelling your order. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process. We advise returning goods in their original packaging, or in suitably protective packaging, and taking reasonable care of them throughout the return process. If a refund is agreed, Clearway will issue it within 30 days of receiving the goods in a resalable condition. Please note that delivery fees may not be included in the refund. This will be confirmed by a member of our team when you contact us.

Clearway reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods to determine their resale suitability. If the goods are deemed unsuitable for resale, Clearway reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover any resulting loss in value.
